Orders will be shipped out the same day if placed before 2pm WST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day. An email confirming placement of the order, its shipment, and delivery will be sent. Tracking numbers and real-time tracking info is provided for all orders, allowing 24/7 monitoring of delivery progress. Luxelabel Hair takes all due care with dispatch but is not liable for any delays caused by postage or other conditions. All products are sent in perfect condition and Luxelabel Hair is not accountable for any damages or losses during delivery, late delivery, or cancellation of an order or product.

Luxelabel Hair strives to ship our extensions around the globe, yet there are a few countries we cannot ship to, such as Egypt, Brazil, Italy, and Spain. Shipping times for international customers depend on flight restrictions, customs clearances, and local networks. Please note that flammable items are unavailable for international delivery. Our timelines serve as a rough estimate for expected delivery.
