Luxelabel Hair offers a 30-day warranty from the date of acquisition, protecting against manufacturing flaws. No refunds will be provided if hair has been treated with incorrect products.
Do not use shampoo, conditioner or styling products that contain Protein, or that contain high alcohol content.
Luxelabel Hair provides a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, safeguarding against manufacturing irregularities.
This warranty does not cover issues pertaining to installation, alterations from the extensions' original form, or improper hair care.
Our extension quality can only be guaranteed when our Maintenance and Care Guide is followed. We cannot accept returns after the hair has been applied unless a fault arises from the manufacturer.
All extensions are checked over by Luxelabel before shipping out for complete quality control. It is the obligation of the purchaser to check that they are happy with the hair quality before applying and before removing the warranty seal.
In cases of detected defects, a store credit or replacement will be issued, the worth of which is determined by Luxelabel Hair.
Please note that items marked as final sale are ineligible for this warranty.
Please be aware: Due to uncontrollable factors, there can be slight variations in the colour you receive.
TRADE STOCKISTS:
We recommend our stockists and hairdressers to provide clients with a take-home Maintenance & Care Guide and a Client Agreement Form. This is not mandatory but doing so helps ensure clients understand the correct home hair care as well as our warranty terms & conditions.
