Returns Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused items up to 30 days from purchase. Exclusions apply to final sale items. To make a return, please contact us at info@luxelabelhair.com and we will assist you with the returns process.
No refund or exchange will be accepted if the ties that secure the extensions have been released, more than 30 days have passed since official delivery, the hair has been washed, coloured, tampered with. To return the item, we suggest an Australia Post Express Satchel for our Australian customers to ensure tracking.
When will I receive my refund?
A refund equal to your original payment, less original shipping costs and a small restocking fee ($10), will be issued upon our inspection and confirmation that the hair extensions have not been removed from the cardboard backing secured by a security seal.
All ebooks, online training guides, education subscriptions, hairbrush products, hair clip items, and custom-ordered hair extensions are final sale and not eligible for a return.
