REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE - EXCHANGE ONLY.
All LUXELABEL Hair extensions come sealed with a void tab. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges must have the seal intact and not broke, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. Absolutely no exchanges of opened packages are possible.
We will gladly accept any exchanges within the 14-day purchase period, provided the item has not been used or opened. All exchanges are required to meet the return standards. Exchange requests must be made within the 14 days of delivery. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept exchanges on hair that has been used or opened because it is a real human hair product. Once the security tab has been opened the hair is considered used. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping and will be charged $10 for Domestic Shipping and $25 international shipping to exchange the product.
Absolutely no exchanges of opened packages are possible.
We gladly accept exchanges on all unopened hair extensions within 14 days from purchase, no questions asked. However, please note all of our hair extensions come with a security seal and once opened cannot be exchanged. No exceptions. This is standard in the hair extension industry. The security seal must be intact, extensions must be in the original packaging to receive a refund. If you are not sure about a color, please contact usto request a colour match prior to purchasing. You can also get a colour ring to guarantee the color you want to match to. We understand that you may need to exchange your order. Any opened hair will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Exchanges take 1 week to process and verify eligibility.
It is important to always inspect the quality before using the hair extensions. We do not accept returns on hair that has been installed, colored, chemically treated, or opened due to safety and sanitation laws.
In order to qualify for a exchange:
Hair extensions and package must brand new, in the original packaging, and has never been applied, colored, or worn, and seal has not been broken.
For exchanges, new hair cannot be sent out until the original hair is received and verified it is eligible for an exchange.
You are responsible for the shipping fee back to us.
All hair care items, hair tools, custom orders, and sample swatches are non-refundable and final sale.
We are not responsible for color match, so please understand prior to purchasing that you assume full responsibility in choosing your color. Our responsibility is to deliver the color(s) ordered by you. By purchasing our products, you are accepting these terms:
Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, you are responsible for shipping charges to and from LUXELABEL Unless LUXELABEL Hair made a shipping error, shipping is non-refundable.
We allow one color exchange for hair extensions ONLY if item is in the original condition and unopened. Item must not have been in contact with anything. An email must be sent to LUXELABEL Hair with intent to exchange within 14 days of receiving item. When exchanging an item, item must be shipped back to LUXELABEL Hair with delivery confirmation within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer assumes return shipping costs.
The item MUST be in original packaging, NOT OPENED or USED, or DAMAGED in anyway nor any contact with perfume or cigarette smoke.
To exchange extensions for a different color: YOU MUST SEND US AN EMAIL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. If it is past 14 days you may not exchange.
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of LUXELABEL Hair.
Real-time tracking with Auspost is included with delivery confirmation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you return an item for exchange, please include a note with which items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, along with your email address.
LUXELABEL Hair is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a matter for the Australian Post and we do not provide refunds for late or lost packages.
If there is a problem, we will try to solve the issue in accordance with the Terms and Conditions; however, absolutely no refunds are possible after 14 days of purchase. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are no refunds or chargebacks allowed. You may email us firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
When ordering from LUXELABEL Hair or LUXELABELHAIR.com you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all Terms and Conditions, please do not order.
