Shipping

All orders ship same day if placed before 12 p.m. WST Monday - Friday.  We never ship during weekends or holidays.  All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped with AUSPOST EXPRESS 1-2 day depending on the shipping option you choose during check out. When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed by 3 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time are shipped same day. On average it takes 2-4 days to be delivered in AUSTRALIA and 2-6 days for international orders. LUXELABEL Hair orders are shipped Monday-Friday out of our warehouse in AUS with verified tracking and partial insurance.

 

Orders are processed within 24 hours or less. Note: Any fraudulent high risk orders will be held until our team investigates. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you wish to use. Express orders placed before 12:00 p.m. WST will be shipped the same day.  No orders are shipped on weekends or Holidays. All shipments include real-time tracking so that you always know where your shipment is at during all times.

Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide with verified tracking. We use UPS Worldwide for fast and reliable shipping to your country. USPS can sometimes lose or take a long time to deliver to international first class mail.in a rush, orders can sometimes get held up in customs. We cannot be held responsible for orders held in customs. USPS First Class is the slowest and cheapest option.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an 'ORDER SHIPPED' e-mail from www.aftership.com which will include your tracking number and details on where your package can be tracked. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to show. Please contact us at info@luxelabelhair.com if you have not received your order after estimated delivery time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates for vary for each country Within Australia Express shipping is $10 and all international orders are capped at $45 for express shipping with USPS. Note free shipping is the slowest shipping option. It takes a few days for AUS and up to 1-2 weeks for international shipments.

Are there customs fees/taxes when I receive my items?

All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. 

What if my package gets lost or stolen?

We will assist our customers to the best of our ability to get your package found. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. You will have to file a claim with the carrier and we will assist. It is important you verify all information before placing your order.

Shipping Terms and Conditions:

All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of LUXELABEL Hair.

Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.

PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED

We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers,  but we will do our part to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and others issues that may arise, and the shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get the delivery there on time. In the rare event that this happens, LUXELABEL Hair cannot be held liable for late, lost, stolen, damaged packages. We will do every thing we can do assist with the delivery of your products. However, we cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

LUXELABEL Hair is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a matter for Auspost or UPS. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered, we do not provide refunds. Please file a claim with the postal service. 99% of all orders are delivered on time and are not lost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you send back an exchange, please include a note with what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, along with your email address. 

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED  

All of our shipments include Delivery Confirmation on every order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers for further assistance. We can not be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

FRAUD PREVENTION 

LUXELABEL Hair is Fraud compliant and 100 % safe and secure for online payment processing.  We work diligently to protect the safety and security of our customers and our assets.


All orders are at our discretion to be checked for fraudulent activity on varying levels of research. If we are unable to verify your payment through the information you have provided, we will communicate what is needed for us to move forward with the order process. Additional information, including but not limited to, a photo ID, passport and/or payment details may be requested.

Note:

Sometimes the mail courier can get delayed by a few hours so plan your hair appointments in advance. We do not control shipping. We process and ship the orders daily. Although it is rare, orders can be lost or delayed due to weather and other uncontrollable forces by the mail courier. We cannot be responsible for these delays.
